01 / Arrival & departure

Check in & check out

Check in: From 4:00 pm. Self check in with a private keypad code sent to you before arrival.
Check out: By 11:00 am.
Early check in & late check out: When our schedule allows we will try to accommodate an early check in or a late check out, but neither is guaranteed. Please ask us and we will confirm on the day.
Early departure: We do not offer refunds for early departures.

02 / Changes & refunds

Booking direct: Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. Full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check in. 50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check in.
Booking through Airbnb: Full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check in. Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check in and 50% of the stay is charged. Cancel less than 7 days before check in and the full stay is charged.
Early departure: We do not offer refunds for early departures.

The policy that applies depends on where you booked. Reservations made through this site are covered by the direct booking terms above.

03 / Consideration

Hours: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, enforced by town ordinance in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea.
Gatherings: Units are for registered overnight guests; parties and events are not permitted.

04 / Air quality

Indoors: No smoking inside any unit. A $500 fee applies if there is evidence of smoking indoors.
Outdoors: Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas.

05 / Traveling with animals

Policy: Pets are not permitted. A $500 cleaning fee applies and the guest must vacate without a refund for unused nights.

06 / During your stay

07 / Getting here

On site: One vehicle per unit, free. A parking pass must be displayed on the dashboard at all times.
Enforcement: Vehicles without a permit may be towed at the owner's expense.

08 / Day guests

Policy: Visitors are welcome but may not park on site or stay overnight, and must leave the property by 8:00 pm.

09 / Guests

Maximum: Two guests in a hotel bedroom, up to three in the studio, up to four in a one bedroom apartment.
Registration: The guest named on the reservation must be a member of the party staying and is responsible for all guests.

10 / Care of the unit

Condition: Please leave the unit in reasonable condition. Normal wear is expected; damage beyond that may be charged.
Security hold: A refundable security hold may be placed on your card at booking and released after departure, subject to inspection.
